Most SAP Business One implementations take 6-9 months on average, depending on your business complexity and scope. We’ll provide a detailed timeline during initial planning.
For your SAP implementation to be a success, within your budget and timescales, it needs to be properly managed. And your in-house team needs to be closely involved with the process to ensure that it works for your business.

For every 1 day we deliver, expect to invest 3 days of your team’s time. We help you plan this effectively to minimise business disruption.
Key project roles:
Project Manager: Manages your team and ours b to ensure the project stays on track.
This can be internal or we can recommend experienced implementation project managers.
Key stakeholders: Needed for critical decisions to approve system configurations and changes.
This is typically senior team members who understand business processes.
Super users: Trained to an advanced level to become your in-house experts post go-live.
You will need one from each specific business unit before and during go-live.
Department representatives: Give insight into processes and help the system meet real-world needs. This is usually someone senior/technical. They are critical during testing and feedback key phases.
