Energy drinks innovator, Sneak Energy, chooses APH to support its aggressive growth into new channels and territories
Sneak Energy has retained Stockport based ERP consultancy, APH, to enhance its financial and operations capability across its distribution channels, head office and warehousing facilities with SAP Business One. The firm, which manufactures and distributes energy drinks to the gaming and creative industries, requires an ERP and e-commerce system that will support its significant growth, having recently expanded its product range into the canned drinks market following its initial launch in 2018.
With its business currently trading via its e-commerce platform, Sneak Energy needed a new system to deliver control and visibility over its entire business operations.
With significant growth achieved over the last 12 months, Sneak Energy now needs to invest in a more robust and agile solution as it moves away from its business start-up phase. The company has turned to APH to implement the business management solution which provides full visibility and integration of processes, including stock control and data management with its online shopping platform.
“This investment will future proof our business and help drive continued growth without concerns about system capability or capacity. It promises to deliver financial and operational transparency to manage inventory, revenues, budgets and forecasting creating a platform for a more informed decision-making process,” states David Woodmansey, chief operations officer, Sneak Energy.
“We will consolidate several systems with the introduction of SAP Business One, simplifying workflow and driving both business and resource efficiencies.”
Sneak Energy selected SAP Business One to provide a fully integrated and highly configurable solution with flexibility to drive growth. APH, chosen for its due diligence and understanding of requirements, will implement SAP Business One based on a cloud-hosted infrastructure.
“Delivered “as a service” from our cloud platform, the implementation of SAP Business One will give Sneak Energy a robust solution that will automate a significant portion of its international web sales process whilst providing the business with an unobstructed, live view of its stock levels. It will provide the business with a more holistic view of operations whilst providing Improvements in the order fulfilment process and enable better buying decisions,” says Charlie Heywood, managing director, APH.
APH was chosen as Sneak’s ERP partner following open and honest initial discussions and a demonstration of its keen desire to support the business.
“The APH team was willing to work through some of our more complex requirements before moving forward with any contracts. Along with a solid support model, local to our business, APH is a good fit for Sneak,” explains David Woodmansey.
