Telemarketing Executive

This role supports our sales and marketing department by increasing the lead and opportunity pipeline for our IT and SAP Business One Solutions. You will gain exposure to varied projects, while working with an experienced and fast-growing team.

Data centre specialist and 3rd line support

As our data centre specialist and 3rd line technician, your role will be responsible ensuring our Cloud platforms are running to an optimum with maximum uptime. As an experienced member of the team you will be responsible to manage any escalated support requests as well as working with other colleagues on system design and implementation.

Helpdesk Analyst

As a Helpdesk Analyst, your role will be to engage with clients in the provision of aftercare and support, and to do so with the emphasis on excellence for APH as our service level agreements.
